Casa Blanco is located in one of the best areas of Formentera where you can enjoy unparalleled views of the entire island, the southern coast of Ibiza and the islets of Es Vedrá, Es Vedranell, Espalmador and Espardell.

The property enjoys a lot of discretion and tranquility, it is surrounded by pine trees that give the property a Mediterranean atmosphere of serenity and relaxation.

The property has capacity for up to 14 people, and is decorated in a completely island style, with white walls that contrast with warm materials such as wood and natural fibers that are the protagonists of the decoration in all spaces of the home.

From the exterior entrance of the property, you access the entrance of the main house via a staircase (vehicles can also be parked right next to the entrance of the house through a private road.

From the hall you see a cozy space, open to the living-dining room and the open kitchen with the possibility of cooking in front of the diners who are sitting at the bar, all with a floor in neutral tones that simulates micro-cement.

The living room is decorated with natural-color linen sofas, one of them a double chaise lounge, with different natural fibre lamps that give great warmth to the space and make this living room a pleasant and relaxing area to be and share.

From here you can access the impressive porch with a beautiful pool and wonderful views of the entire island.

Ideal to enjoy the atmosphere of peace and serenity that Formentera exudes.

The room also has a large television with access to digital channels and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen with a long wooden bar is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher… as well as a griddle and teppanyaki to cook the island’s products.

From the wooden dining table, suitable for 8/10 people, you can continue enjoying the spectacular landscape.

Outside, in front of the pool, there are also two tables that can seat up to 16 people.

On the ground floor, there is also a guest toilet and 2 suites/bedrooms with separate bathrooms.

One of them with a 160 cm double bed with a natural linen headboard and another bedroom with 4 beds, one of them a bunk bed to accommodate the youngest members of the family.

The first floor has 2 suites/bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a magnificent terrace where you can also organise dinners.

One of the bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, fireplace and private terrace with access to the tower/viewpoint of the house.

And the master suite, with a 180cm bed, has a very spacious full bathroom and a large terrace.

From both suites you can enjoy the best sunsets on the island.

The upper terrace area also has independent access to organise the best lunches/dinners since you have an impressive porch, with a table for 10/12 people.

The property also has 2 more suites/bedrooms, outside the main house, both also with separate bathrooms. One adjacent to the house, very spacious, with a 180cm bed. And a bungalow/cottage with a 160cm bed, which is accessed from a porch/terrace.

All bedrooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning and are decorated with furniture made with natural elements and fibres that give personality and a fresh air to the rooms.

The house has large corners to disconnect, play sports or simply walk.

Access to the house and the private parking is through a private path protected by a large sliding door with video intercom and remote control.
